Multiplayer - Can not connect to master server

I've been playing Pandora actively with friends for some time now, and have never had an issue. However, this morning I wanted to continue playing a saved game with a friend, but the Steam application wouldn't allow either of us to invite or join the others' game. The option was grayed out as if they weren't online. So I went through all the basics; we disabled AV, checked to see if we could connect in other games, confirmed that a new multiplayer game was having the same issue, and tried to connect to the lobby to see if we could see/join other player games. This last step is where we found that we were seeing the error on the multiplayer lobby: "Could Not Connect To Master Server".

So I did some digging and found out where the Pandora logs are located. Once I found the logs, I noticed the following error:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I'm not sure if the servers are down for maintenance, or if there's something going on here, but both my friend and I (who live in completely different geographical regions with separate ISP's) are having the same problem. I'm inclined to think there's something happening on the server side? But I don't see an announcement for maintenance or anything?

I've attached logs for troubleshooting purposes. Hopefully someone here can help?

*UPDATE* - I can ping the master server using the location in the logs. (I can't link the actual location because these forums keep telling me it's spam.

Should be fixed.

Please let me know if you're still having issues.
