Skilled swordsmen or swordsmen?

Hi All
Under the new lists permitted in version 2 The Early Visigothic army can have one third of their warrior battlegroups as Superior rather than Average.
With this in mind, as the warriors were already Impact Foot, swordsmen, do they become Impact foot, skilled swordsmen? or remain as Impact foot, swordsmen with the ability to reroll 1's?
Currently i am using them as Heavy Foot, Protected, Superior, Undrilled, Impact Foot, swordsmen. Am i doing this correct?

Hi mungocallow
I think you are doing it correct.
If you look at other barbarian lists that have superior troops they don't automatically gain the skilled sword ability.

Skilled swordsman is exclusively awarded to Roman legions. It pays to write the history books.

And Medieval Spanish Sword and Buckler troops if I remember correctly.
But no, if you upgrade the warband it just changes them from average to superior. "Skilled swordsman" is a Capability in the rules; in the same way that impact foot is. It doesn't relate to the quality of the troops directly
