How do you rotate hexes?

I'm experimenting with the editor and wanted to make a connected trench system however unlike the game they don't really fit together and it doesn't look pretty. How can I rotate the hexes so they all can fit each other appropriately?

You could make it as an overlay (like with rivers and roads). You could then rotate the hex in your image editor to get as many different facings as you need and save each one so that you end up with a set of trench overlays.

Ahhh good idea. How are the WW1 mods? Did they make new unit images as well for troops?

I never edited the trench graphics as I'm not that great with Photoshop, but 90% of the unit graphics are new (about 5% of which I made)
