I purchase Legion Gold via Matrix installed on Home PC and Laptop no problem so I decided to buy this and intend to buy the rest. Installed on PC no problem but when I went to play on lap top it says key expired and wants a Key I do not have I tried the order number and my name no good any thoughts? It is important to me to have it on my laptop as I am away a lot.

Can you let us know exactly which download version of CoW you have, and where you bought it from? We want to help get you running as soon as possible, but be advised that Iain (who is the point of contact for these kind of issues) is away until the end of the week and so it might be a little delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, all the (non personal!) information you can give us will help get you sorted.

I didn't get a message - can you try again?

I did but no answer

I just bought it today (8/3) downloaded from your site and installed on my PC copied the installer to disc stuck it in laptop installs fine click on play and I get Key expired comes up if I click customer support I get an error message 1 tag missing if I click on the blue wording to put in a key I have no idea what to put in as I tried my name order number etc.

I appreciate your help as its most frustrating as I want to be playing whilst Mrs Bowen watches yet another run of place in the sun
