L-O everybody...

Took me few weeks to finalize some maps i've made few months ago in a real campain...
Here it is, hope you will have a great fun on it.
This one is a twelve maps campain. English and US paratroopers, beach attacks, german counter-attacks.
I just had a few returns on the first campain I edited few month ago, hope people will like this one....

Wow looks fanastic

Played through the first scenario and working through the second. taking that final corner flag with in the first was a tough fight! and that artillery didn't give up easily either. Very good work and tough...takes a few turns to gather forces for a good fight.

It is the first time that I share my worhs like that. and apart myself, there is only one friend around me who tested it (thx again Jean Francois) Some of these maps ( Gold Beach for exemple ), were the first i made nearly two years ago....
Most of these maps are now linked together... Hope it will help with the Campain feeling...
Morge4, i saw your post on the french campaign... I'm glad that you liked the second map, it was fun to test it too... i like very much these infantry maps without any deadline, just "take the map", i discovered with the Norway maps on my first campain.... There are 4 of them on this campain....

Played all the scenarios up to Omaha Beach- good fun! Had to literally mass charge the three 155mm guns in order take them out- twas ugly.

I get an error message when I try to run the campaign: "duplicate unit name in custom campaign squads file: 88MM (0)"

In fact, it is the first time that somebody says me having a problem to run the campain....
And I don't have a F..... idea of what this message means...

I just realised that your campaigns are listed as MP in the game's DL list. After dl they're at the right place the campaign list, so it's just a small bug.

First of all let me say that the map looks just wonderfull.

I really want to like this and play it but the difficulty is too hard.

On the first mission those 150mm guns cover the whole map and destroy whole units with one shot, and there is not one of them but three (!) it is almost impossible to assault the position as well, needless to say the whole ordeal becomes rather pointless after a couple of turns.

I am going to give it another try with another approach but I think without those guns or just 1 this would be alot more enjoyable.

In regards to the mission with field guns.....it's not impossible, but you will lose a lot of guys in the process.

Dropbox link not working anymore

Is it just me or have all of the dropbox links for for dkdom's campaigns been unable to work anymore? It's a shame that has to be evident, because I REALLY wanted to play his campaigns . If you are still active dkdom, could you send us a new link? I know that sounds like a tad too demanding of someone new here like me, but I have been really captivated by the screenshots of your handiwork.

Dropbox links going down/not working have been a problem for as long as I can remember(admittedly, I've only owned Battle Academy and Battle Academy 2 for a few years, but even so.....)

I wish someone would post working links for every user campaign, especially the old Pacific War ones, as only two of the four campaigns that I know of in terms of that theater actually still have working links.

As far as I know, the creator of these scenarios is working on reuploading them I think...how long that will take is beyond me, so I guess the best course of action is to just wait for something to happen.

0_0" woops. I accidentally posted in the wrong Normandy threat. I meant to say I was enjoying the *new* Normandy maps "Normandy British" and "Normandy British II" I think. I should probably pay more attention as to which threat I'm posting. Sorry about that.
