Slitherine

Occasionally some or all of my German air units will refuse to attack enemy (Allied) units, this includes land, sea and air targets. My units have not previously attacked in the same turn, nor have they got current supply or fuel problems. Indeed I have seen it happen in the same turn that my air unit flies from a friendly airfield. They simply refuse to fire. I have seen this phenomenon in on several occasions in several scenarios within the campaign starting in 1939.

I cannot find anything in the manual saying why this might happen. Does anybody know?

Call me a smartass, but are you sure this doesn't happen during rain turns?

No air battles are possible on rainy turns.

Look in the upper right hand corner for weather.

If is snows, you can not use air. If it rains you can not use air.
