When placed an artillery or air attack that has a delay of several turns, when you retake the turn there is not a way to determine where you placed the barrage, you may just cancel it.

If you play several matches at the same time you (me) are confused, you see that the barrage is coming in one or two turns but you don't know where...

I will take a look. I thought the marker was supposed to stay on the map.

The marker is still on the map, sometimes they are hard to see or find. One way to find them is to click on the barrage/air strike as if to cancel it, it will move to where you set the barrage and ask if you want to cancel it, just click NO and now you can see your target.
