Every core unit I have that have hero's, all the hero's have the exact same bonus's.
Every one!
My FJ has 3 hero's, each one Attack+4/Defense+1
My flamm panzer has 3 hero's, each one Attack+4/Move+1
My Kradschutzen has 3 hero's, each one Attack+1/Defense+1/Initiative+1.
This is not normal!!!!!!!
What is going on , I don't think I'm the only one.
Does anybody have any remedies or solutions?
I'm running v1.22 on a ordinary laptop with Win7.

I don't think that is a bug. If you play long enough you might even get exact same heroes on all units. It is unlikely, but someone has to be the one, that hits that probability

You complaining about the Attack+4 and Movement+1...?

It happens. The only remedy\solution is to disband the unit, buy a new one and hope for the best. Definitely not recommended.
I would complain about the +defense and +initiative on even being possible on artillery, but maybe that's just me...

I am puzzled by this, as the max. bonus a hero can give is +3 for attack or defense, and only special heroes have multiple bonuses?

So here is my theory: you hovered your cursor over the three little heads in the unit list and it showed you those numbers? Because those are all the hero bonuses added together. So all these numbers you quoted are probably not a single hero, but the combined bonus of the three heroes together!

Here is what you can check for me: hover over the unit with the mouse cursor, press and hold 'Alt' and click on the unit. In the next screen (Unit Details), select the right tab to show 'Battle History' . Here you will see the medals and your three hero portraits. If you hover over these portraits you can see the bonus each hero gives.

I made a picture-in-a-picture to show. The red arrow points to what the mouseover shows in the unit list, but you can see only one hero gives this +2 attack bonus, the other is the +1 initiative.
