Transports for unique commanders

Could we get some transport options for unique commanders?
That Tycho fellow is always late for battle for instance (ended replacing him with some Sanguinary guards).

Can you actually buy transports for pre-deployed units?
Might be easier to just improve his regular movement a bit. Shouldn't be a balance issue with a single unique unit.

No you can't: unique units don't show up in the interface, so you can't get them transports.
