I bought the game on steam, download and installation were ok, but when I lauch the game with the lancher (clic to the icon "play panzer corps wehrmacht") I choose the resolution (I have a 4k monitor, but in 1080p it's the same problem), game start with a black screen and I have approx 10 windows with error on screen ...

I tried to re-instal visual c++ but same problem,

Anyone can help me ?
I have the lastest nvidia driver (344.75) and win 8.1, a SLI config but also problem when I deactivate SLI in control panel ...
It's very frustrating to pay for a game while you can't play it ...

What's your desktop resolution and what resolution have you selected on the game settings.

I have 3840x2160 desktop resolution, and the game don't work in 3840x2160 and also not when I try with 1920x1080 desktop resolution and 1920x1080 in game.

Try windowed mode. For setting the game in windowed mode please unzip and run the extracted file attached in this message.
This will change a game parameter in the Windows registry, so that you can run the game in windowed mode.

I have the same problem after instal your zip file, in the 2 resolution, what can I do more ?

Depending the expansions you have, please find any subfolder name "video" to -"_video".
Usually this folder is on:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps\Expansion\pc\Video
or/and:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps\Expansion\ac\Video
or/and:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps\Expansion\ak\Video

I have a folder Expansion with 3 sub-folder inside, pc/ac/ak, in each 2 sub-folders, audio and video.
and I have a folder Expansion2 with 2 sub-folder inside, ac/ak but no video sub-folder inside.

Just rename every "video" subfolder as "_video" and check if you receive the same error message when attempting to run the game.

I should leave the folder name at _video ? If I good undersand, there miss only intro video ?
Now the game is in windows mode, how can I restore full screen ?

Yes all you will miss by leaving the video folder renamed to _video are the intro videos for all the expansions. If you want to see them there is always youtube.

You can turn off the the window mode in the options: While in game press Escape and the option window, like seen in the picture below, will open and then just uncheck the window mode checkbox.
