I'm sorry but how can this be correct
57 mm anti tank gun HE stat
He attack: 7-14
He range: 0
He effectiveness :* 100-85-70-50-0 (*meaning effectiveness at diffrent ranges)
Has a range of zero but the effectiveness indicates it has different ranges of effectiveness

I am guessing that values were added, but then decided to prevent HE attacks thus the range was set to zero.
