Occasionally I get an error unknown message when selecting done during a hot seat game to pass my turn. Going to exit main menu usually resolves it sometimes needing multiple attempts.
Any chance of letting us hotseat offline?

Unfortunately and offline Hotseat mode was never imagined so we don't have any infrastructure for it. Obviously it could be done but its a significant amount of work and we just don't think it gets used often enough to divert resources to this instead of other higher priorities.
