Hell - German Version 1.0.3 cannot be launched

Hi, after updating Hell to 1.0.3, the German version cannot be launched. I have two screenshoots. Error at TXT_1GER.txt at line 1573. ExpCode 0x8000003, ExpFlags: 0, ExpAddress 0x0048FC60.

Sorry for that.
Please download this corrected txt file and replace it. You can drop it where the game on your computer resides. Then drop it in: Hell/Data/Text
