getting better

well it seems this is one of those game who nobody wants then, i bought it as it was only £3.00, but tbh it's like panzer corp in some ways, but not in others, is basic but also has hidden depth, is quirky and also flawed, not fully 100% working but what is on release day now days anyway.

well worth the money, don't regret buying it, but will little or no support like the last game they made, which still has a few issues for some users, i feel this may go the same way and soon die a death also, which is a shame tbh, as someone spent the time to make it, effort to sell / publish it, then for one reason or another it slowly dies...

reasons are,

no great fan fair on release, so was never pushed as a game, lets be fair...

same as many other titles already released, just on a smaller budget

low budget and little to no support or updates / fixes etc, or even forum comments it seems, almost anywhere...

no manual, would have been nice for a least keys to be included not that i needed them as when you press every key on the KB you find them anyway, but really :?: nobody thought they was needed

no developer feedback or discussion, so could be a 12 year for all we know at school, if so well done btw  as i couldn't do any better

as there seems little interest on either boards i'll give up as i've posted stuff over on the other site as tis was locked at first, with no real interest there either, i leave it alone and let someone else take over if they wish, as i will more on to other topics and games now, will still play it, as its a fun quirky little game that's fine for entry level playing like panzer corps was....

bye and good luck

Totally agree...with just a little more effort toward a manual and some feedback...it could be a good low budget game. Has a nice look and feel even with the quirks and small issues.

tbh one of the developers popped in to day as well and posted, not here mind you, so it may pick up and get more developments or patches etc

if they wish for it to grow, they should support it, if they leave it and don't, then nobody will even bother with a 3rd  as the 2nd hasn't been much to shout about with only us 3 atm

given up on this one, luckily little cost so no great sweat, pity though if no effort to reply, produce a manual or a patch then I won'.t waste my time and play other fully functional games

It is just frustrating to me that Slitherine, one of my favorite companies, is supporting this junk.

I used to be able to trust everything they sold would be solid and fully supported. That is not the case anymore. Too bad.

Patch? Or VaporPatch? Slitherine has been good with these recently. Need I mention the vapor Panzer General Patch that was announced over 6 months ago. just let me know if a patch is really coming so I'll know if I need to delete this and free up the space on my IPad.

Hello All,

Sorry if we do not seem active, but we are always monitoring the forums even if we do not have the time to response. The Longest Day iOS patch has been released to Apple, so we are just awaiting Apple's approval. Hopefully this will be live within the coming days, but we cannot give an exact time as it takes as long as Apple take.

Regarding a PC patch, we are working on this at the moment and we will hopefully be releasing this in the next few weeks. I can confirm it will be after the iOS patch. For the PC patch, please keep an eye on either the forums or the news feed where we will post when the update is available.

The Android patch is also undergoing development and we hope to release this shortly after the PC patch. Again, sorry for all those who have been waiting for these.
