Is this the correct place to get an opponent for P&S?

I wanted to find the best place for finding opponents
This is the official board for pre-arranging opponents.
However, you can of course find opponents by simply creating a (non-passworded) challenge.
The reason there are usually not many of these in the list of available challenges is because they get snapped up so quickly.
