Any thought ever given to expanding the player profiles? People could add city/country and birth year, if they choose, but I'd be more interested in statistics like # of games played (lets you find players of similar experience level), win/loss, and (perhaps especially) - games dropped. Seems like 50-60% of my games aren't finished because my opponent just stops playing it at a certain point - and that gets old. I have to keep going in and marking games as abandoned to start new ones.

Having better community features is definitely on our wishlist. We're just struggling to find the server team time to implement a good system. E.g. some people don't want information on games played etc made public. Having a way to internally track abandoned games might be a good idea though - we could at least send a friendly email to people asking them to just surrender!

And the abandoned games thing is certainly an issue. I routinely (well, maybe quarterly) have to go in and mark several at a time as such. But perhaps after a few weeks or so, an email asking them to surrender might just do the trick!
