Hi,

Im getting the error Unhandled Exp Code: 0xc0000005 Exp Flags:0. I have been playing the game since it came out on steam with no issue. Today it did an update for the game and then this error started. I read through the forums, and tried uninstalling and also installing into different directory as well as the _Audio fix. Nothing as of yet corrected issue.

Could you please get a DxDiag report file?

1. click on "START" (on Windows 8 Press "Windows Key" + "R" and go to step 3)
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. open the text file, copy the contents, and post along with your issue.

vpaulus, that's basically what you told me with a different error. Then you asked me a few questions which I answered. Then you ignored me. I still have no idea what's going on with that error.

Now I have the same error this poster has. I posted in the main forum hoping to get some actual help and got nothing.

Regarding the questions, yes basically they start the same way, with us asking for a DxDiag report file in order to check the system characteristics and possible clues.

No, I haven't ignored you. I'm sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, I don't have any idea what's happening with your system which is preventing you from playing the game.
I was hoping that the developer could chime in and offer you a suggestion.
I'll email the developer and point your thread.

Sorry, but his error might be different, although the cause(s) might be related. He only started having issues after patch 1.02.

vpaulus, it would have been better to let me know, two days ago, what you just wrote instead of ignoring.

I actually have had two errors. The original and the same as the op after 1.02.

Does the program crash at start or after loading a game?

It crashes during the first tutorial scenario. Both errors.

Which unit attacks?
What is the enemy unit?

The first no. The rest I don't remember.

Look, I have two errors in this thread. I submitted a diag file and an error file. Nobody seems to be doing anything or care about either one. I'm going to give it a couple more days and if nothing happens I'll call it a day and ask for a refund. This looks like a nice game but can be only if I can play it.
