only if they are in the licence the developer bought, if it's from another war or series i'd take a guess at no

but that doesn't stop user's from doing a mod, just the developers from making it

Warlord and imperator titans were involved in all 3 wars so should be part of license. In fact warlords were the mainstays of the Titan legions present, very few reaver classes were involved.

warlord exactly exists in unittypes.whdat but there are no graphics

then maybe it will be added later, but that's for the developer to answer
