BA iOS and the disappearing Slitherine sale

The sale announced on 25 Nov as running to 11 Jan mentions a full list of included sale apps available in a pdf at matrix games. (I can't post the link as the forum thingamajig thinks it's spam.) The list includes BA for iOS and a number of BA add-ons, e.g. the Rommel in Normandy and Operation Sealion campaigns at half price, but within the iPad app they're all listed at full price (and it looks like the same for the app itself in the App Store). What happened to the sale???
