Anyone can give any advice on it? I just don't have enough units to properly protect bridges and central settlement simutaniously, so orks cross the river and strike everywhere. Mines do nothing, and hive militia is shit - in less than five turns it's just me and big horde of orks.

Ignore the southern settlement.
The hivers serve the emperor well in death.
Take advantage of the bridges and bleed the orks to death.

I find that the Salamander Scouts are obscenely good against orcs, due to high number of shots.

Add Steel Legion Command Company + Heavy Bolter support squad on the fortification tiles for a nice time.
