ist impressions

Overall nice game, completed ist 3 missions in the tutorial campaign, pretty easy to figure stuff out
(hopefully the AI isn't as passive in the full campaigns?)

I think my only issue ( except for mouse lag which I have posted in the tech area) is what other players are saying: what do things mean and do? There is a want for more info.
For example, the manual mentions ammo levels but in game I cannot see any stats that indicate ammo is even implemented or not
Some units have flags such as command or assault... However no info in manual or in game mouse overs to indicate what these do...

Also, force purchases. It would be nice to be able to buy ALL your units in a one stop shop at the purchase screen instead of buy one, deploy it, go back to the purchase screen etc..

Ammo was taken out at the last min as far as I know. It gave the player too much to think about along with morale. Speaking of morale, the command units (units with flags) give the units around them a morale boost at the beginning of a turn.

Please anyone correct me if I am wrong.

!!! took out ammo last minute!!! Ohmy, maybe it could be put back! Seems it would be a nice tactical dilemma, and make units with only close assault more valuable when enemies run low/out of ranged fire capability...
