Well I have to say I'm not pleased.

1. I don't have my book!
2. Yes, I did order it!
3. Yes, I did receive a confirmation that it was sent out!
4. No book..
5. Yes I have sent messages to Slitherine and have received not one reply. NOT ONE!

Look, I'm not a difficult person. I understand people get busy (especially with a new game). But that's the point isn't it. They should be busy with me. They have my money. I spent almost $70.00 (with shipping) to get this thing and I have friends that got it through third parties that have it. If I knew it would be such a problem I would have ordered it through Amazon for $23.07 and free shipping. How would you feel if you didn't get your book and no one would return your e-mail? If anyone knows someone at the company and sees this can they let them know. I'll be sending my courier pigeon next I think.

Sorry you are having probelms. One thign to bear in mind is that if you mail us you'll need to verify your first mail from that e-mail address to our spam filter. We get over 1000 spam a day so have to filter it.

Got my book from Osprey without a hitch. Pre ordeded my 2 army lists from B Dalton without a hitch. Maybe it's bad Karma?
