Official content tweaks

Official content tweaks:
- Afrika Korps: Reconnaissance in Force (opening mission)
Changes:
-The preplaced units are now all core units, that includes for example the Stuka, Bf 110, 88 gun, ... A real shame that those units come in the original as auxiliaries.
-I exchanged the Pz II by a Pz IV.
-All infantry class units have a transport.
Back-up the original files before downloading and extracting the tweaked version!
This file is for the steam version of Afrika Korps, extract in \SteamLibrary\Steamapps\Common\Panzer Corps\Data and overwrite the existing files.
This file is for the non-steam version of Afrika Korps, extract in \Slitherine\Panzer Corps\Data and overwrite
- GC 39 tweak: Poznan (opening scenario)
- 3.7cm AT gun replaced by SdKfz 231 6r
- Pz IIC replaced by Pz IIIE
- Auxiliary Bf 110c changed to core unit
