I have an account, but when I attempt to either start or join a PBEM game I get the same error messgae, which is: "Client has not sent enough data - some parameters are missing. Please try again."

Please advise.

I do have version 1.1.0 installed.

Thanks

Could you please temporarily disable your Internet security programs (anti-virus, firewall, etc.)?

Have you registered the game in your Slitherine account?
As far as I can see no game is registered in Agonythy account.

I bought this game on Steam.
I created an account on your hp as i was told.

This is the first time that i read that i have to ADDITIONALLY register my steam key on your homepage.....and i can't find the steam key or serial number when i check it in steam. The link to the key which is usually on the right side is not there.

Hello Agonythy,

If you bought the game on steam you don't need to register any serial key at all. The registration is for those customers that bought the game from our online store and want to add their game to their Steam library. Games bought through our store come with a serial key, but if you made the purchase through Steam don't worry, as no serial is required.

Hope this clarifies the issue.

Cheers,

Edit: removed extra word.

Well....
my friend got a game started. It worked fine.....until it started to bug at Turn 47 and he keeps on playing alone now. The game doesn't even show up on my list anymore.
Happend two times now.
Great programming, seriously....this feels like a big and not funny joke.....

Hello Agonythy, I'll point the server programmer to this thread so that he can check the server logs once Slitherine resumes activities next Monday.

Cheers,

Hi Agonythy,

Sorry for the issue, we are working on this and checking what might cause your issue.
I see there is something odd in the data stored in the system, so I'm going to send you a PM asking for some information to fix it manually.

Thanks,
'Pet'
