Slitherine

Hello:

In Firefox I use "Copy Link Address" and in BA2 click download scenarios and the red suitcase. Then I hit "+" symbol to paste the URL. But downloading doesn't happen.

I am trying to do this in the Campaigns folder. What am I missing?

After pasting the link with "+" and hitting the check mark I get a message that flashes quickly on screen saying downloading started but no campaign name shows up in the main screen.

Is this a scenario you have previously downloaded? If so, you normally have to remove the old version before downloading the newer version.

If not, then maybe check the actual link you copied, make sure no spaces at the beginning or end and it must be spelled out in full, no '...' in the link.

Thanks. I did delete all the old campaigns so I can download the updated versions. So now I only have the 4 stock campaigns in the folder. V. strange.

Odd thing though...when you delete the old campaign, it will sometimes (normally all the time) show up in your User Download list...newer downloads should have the 'star' icon next to it.

Gets strange now. I just deleted the bonus scenario. Then copied JCB's link and tried to download his campaign. When I paste in his link, then the bonus scenario shows up in the list. How on earth could that be.

What campaign are you trying to download from JCB? can you paste the link for me to look at please?

And I have both loaded up without issues...

I'll test them and see if I have any issues with them.

I blame the host over at Dropbox

I was able to remove mine and add them back using the links provided without issues...
