Stumbled across it in the store this afternoon and got it installed right away, and it's working great! Awesome game on the iPad (OK, best game on the iPad), but awesome-er on a 15" retina screen* and with a keyboard Thanks Slitherine!

*I'm on a 15" MBP / 2 GHz i7 / Intel Iris Pro graphics / OS X 10.10.1

I downloaded BA2 Mac on steam, I see the error "Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)" when launching the BA2 through Steam.
I already read FAQ on steam, https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... orvalue=28
but It is useless to me.
I checked downloaded BA2 Mac version on my mac, there is no files on my mac.

Just a small question. Do the PC and Mac versions vs the iOS (iPad) have better camera controls ? That is , for instance can one zoom and pan at different Angles other than the iOS version ? I've seen some screenshots on the steam page for BA2, and they look amazingly close.
Can u elaborate on this please ?

For those of us who signed on for the BA2 Early Access, I think it was mentioned that we would get both the PC & Mac versions. How do I get the Mac version, now?

Same problem for me. Any help/clarification is much appreciated.

I believe this is now fixed, was a Steam switch that didn't get switched. Please try downloading again.

One question: Where are the save files stored in the Mac version? I've been playing BA2-PC in Parallels & would like to move the save files to BA2-Mac. That's assuming that the PC save files are compatible with the Mac version. TIA for any help on this.

They should be compatible, yes. On the OSX version they are in ~/Documents/My Games/BA2/SAVES
