I only made it to sccenario 19, this game beat me. There's simply too much content to play, I better get to bed before the sun rises. xD

The final battle is Groundhogs day? I think you are the first person to try and see what happens
after the campaign is completed, this certainly has never been reported. I'll have to investigate myself, I'm almost there, but Act3 scenarios are huge and take considerable time to playthrough. Definitely a good thing though.

i'm nearly done on my 2nd full play through of this RC version, 4 more missions today and it will all be done and dusted, on easy it was fun and easy, some were still hard, some i failed and had to redo a few times....
second play is on normal, so far more of a challenge but again as it's nearly done again, it's still doable, now idea on 3rd difficulty setting or above mind you and maybe won't even test them either, as thats out side of my ability zone altogether tbh.
but a big improvement on the last beta so all in all a great game and fun to play...
still think by design some missions in act one are way harder because of units released atm, than act 2 and 3....
but doesn't matter really...

I visually confirmed that when completing the campaign, it does not get stuck in groundhog's day. I hit 'proceed', I saw the Inquisitor give a speech, and then I was returned to the main menu. You must have just hit the 'restart' button.

How did it go, any problems this time around with the scenario repeating? If you have a save file I'll take a look.
