AKAIK there isn't a Han Chinese Beta list.

Unfortunately beta lists can no longer be sent out now that the rules have released and final versions are available for some armies. The team are working hard to get the other armies through the system as soon as possible and we have a very aggressive release schedule. Thanks for your patience!
