First impressions

About six minutes to install the game. Enough to go downstairs and get a beer.
Oooh! that is a little bright and Orange. Okay that's better after a couple of seconds, not too bright for the menu.
Eat some chips while going through the great introduction. Umm... Life eating Flora, lets see if they remember this.
Decided to play the tutorial. The intro needs to have the word North capitalized. Intro is not finished. Side bar menu is too big on first impression.
Can read everything and understand. Map seems a little small, but lets see how game play is and how satisfied I am during play. Great zoom in and out on the map. Now, the big menu on the right isn't so noticeable and the small map impression at the start now seems better.
When purchasing units, they look too similar. especially the tanks. Gues what the name of the units are nice and big so during game play you can use that. Also noticed that an upgraded tank is slightly darker in color during game play.
Played the First scenario in the map. Wow! they actually included the life eating flora! Concerned about strong Orc's. Must be careful during play. So far the plants haven't come alive. Must be careful.
A little disappointing that you can only buy one unit per turn, but when you look at the big picture buying more than one unit would destroy the game.
After being surprised on the first campaign map, I realized this is a game without boarders. So on second map, I decided to check out my rear. found the Orc's and nearly destroyed them all before the trigger popped up that I must move 5 units to the East. Now, this is going to be a pain in the ass. My force has now decreased in size. Need to be careful moving forward with less units.
