I love the idea of the combat log, but I can't figure out what all the acronyms mean. I am not at home right now, so I can't list them out.

Could some kind soul please explain what all the acronyms mean, please?

Thanks!

Hey there,

Glad you like the idea of the combat log! I can tell you the main three acronyms used for showing the combat results are:

2D6 - this means the combined sum of 2 rolls of a 6 sided die. e.g. roll 1 = 4, roll 2 = 5, my "2D6" value is 9.
GTE - this stands for "Greater than or equal to"
LTE - this stands for "Less than or equal to"

So, for example if you see "To Hit: Roll 2D6 LTE 9" would mean that your 2 rolls of a 6 sided die must be equal or less than 9 for the attack to be successful.

Hope that clears things up!

chris.

Thank you! As a long time D&D geek, I know what 2D6 and all means. It was the GTE and LTE that I didn't get.

I appreciate your help!!
