I have taken all the wells in the middle east,why isn't my oil reserves going through the roof?

when? did you damage them when you took them - becasue it will go up significantly

If you just take Iraq, and not Persia, how much Oil does one get? Don't you have to establish a land route to the middle east to get the oil - E.g. thru turkey or something?
