Could flank marches be an option in any skirmish? I think it would be nice having the chance to send a flank march, or receive one, without knowing it beforehand or being forced in or out by the kind of battle fought. And the chance to decide which units to include in that flank march too, with certain limits obviously.

Random flank marches already occur.

Yes, I am aware of that. What I am proposing is that thay weren´t random, but chosen and devised by the player.
