My serial number not accepted for Pike & Shot

I logged in to get my Steam Key and my serial number was not accepted...please help!
I get the error message "Error 82: Serial Number Not Found"

This is the Battle Academy 2 forum not Pike and Shot. That said I'm sure someone will help out.

I believe there was a serverside error affecting Steam MP that should be fixed now. If you are still having issues, please send details to
support@slitherine.co.uk and they should be able to help get you playing.
