Playing as Axis.1)Is there a reason Allied ground units wont make any ground attacks? They will move units into contact but never make an attack.
2) Is The RAF a bit too aggressive? Starting in 1940 They are making fighter sweeps and bombing raids into Axis territory,France,Belgium,Holland,which seems a bit too early in my opinion.

Indeed it does.The british are attacking in North Africa and I have a nice little fight going on there.But The Russians do nothing.They just move units into contact and just sit there.....Very strange behaviour.
