Over the last week or so I'm finding turns waiting when I open the game, but I am only getting the occasional email notification. I've checked my spam, nothing there... Maybe two thirds of the time I'm getting no notification email.

me too. Sometimes I get an email, but for the most turns I didn´t. Can´t remember changing any settings.
