Certainly possible.

In the meantime, most of the units required are already in the game, and it would not require much modding to get XVth century condottieri warfare up and running.

I was thinking much the same for producing a Montrose Scots army at some stage, to take on the Covenanters north of the border. Although at the moment I'm far too busy enjoying the 'vanilla' flavour to start in on modding!
