Which units can I charge?

I know the detailed info on my units usually contains information regarding which units it can / cannot charge. Also, when you move your unit close enough to an enemy unit you want to charge, mousing over the enemy unit will have the charge icon (crossed swords) grayed out if you can't charge that unit.

Would this be possible in a future patch: After you select one of your units, when mousing over an enemy unit (regardless of range) the display would indicate if that unit was "chargeable" or not? I don't think this would give an unfair advantage, as the information is already available, but it would negate the need to refer to the manual's Impact POA Impact table and all of its various conditions. I wouldn't need to know why I can't charge a given unit, only that I can't (for whatever reason).

There are technical issues which make showing charge tooltips for units beyond normal charge range impair game performance.

However, it is fairly straightforward. These are the restrictions on charges:

1) Light foot and commanded shot can charge light troops (dragoons, light foot, commanded shot and light horse) or artillery in Open Terrain. They can only charge other types in non-open terrain.
2) Dragoons can charge light troops (dragoons, light foot, commanded shot and light horse) or artillery in Open Terrain. They can only charge other types if they are fragmented or in non-open terrain.
3) Infantry other than units rated as Keils cannot charge non-light mounted troops.
4) Artillery cannot charge anything.

That's about it, unless anyone can think of anything I missed.
