First of all, congratulations with the first beta. We had to wait a long time, but finally our patience has been rewarded.

Download and install happened without any problems. The first time the game didn't want to start, which i posted in another thread.

Without much info it is a bit difficult to get started but i played the first mission.
It is very easy to get used to this particular lay-out, and it will even be better when the cursor hovers over a certain button, that you can read additional information.
The graphics are pretty cool and i like the several levels of zoom of the main map. Unfortunately the game crashes when pressing certain buttons (see other thread).
The mechanics with cover and LOS is really something to be considered in PzC 2! It makes me think twice before making my moves.
I notice that some units have more than one weapon, can you select which weapon you want or does the unit fire all what it has at its disposal automatically?
At the start of mission two i was hoping to repair units and buy new ones but somehow it didn't seem to work. Am i missing something here?
Overal my first half hour was very exciting but it was a real bummer that i couldn't do anything besides placing my (damaged) units at the deployment phase of mission 2.

Hi Nico!

Tooltips are already added and will be part of the next update. Several weapons make the units widely different at different firing distances, but no, you cannot select which to use. You always shoot with all weapons who can attack selected enemy.

Sorry for that issue with replacements, we so hurried to get you the game for the weekend, some last minute issues slipped through. :( Hopefully it will be much more playable in the next update, coming mid this week.

After installing DX9, the game sarts.
I am not familiar with W40K

Cutscenes:
I love the style of the pictures at the start.

Battle-UI (HD, will try later 2560x1440))
The font is nice, but ist not easy to read (example: tutorial, mouse over a target).
I missed the "F" button from PC (full battle view without the right UI part)
The graphics of the Salamander Scout in the nearest zoom has not su much Details (perhaps graphics Card is to weak)
Are the animations adjusted now? I dont think so.
Some amations missed
The Long laser beam goes in a direction far away from the target. If the beam would not be so Long in the Animation, it should be better.
The target cross is from PC. I hope, it will be changed, because itdoes not match with the W40K (battlefield) theme. The move-points too.
Sentinel armegeddon pattern placed to much up in the right Detail window
Unhandeled exceptions, if I press Buttons in the right lower Corner. (factory, arrowed cross)
WOW - I can not shoot if rocks between my and the enemy unit.
Is it right, all Units in Campagne-tutorial could shoot on distance?
First Mission won.

I save the Beta Tutorial Scenario in deploy Phase.
If I load it, no deploy field markers shown.
I open the deploy list. If I select a unit for deploy - crash

Most of the graphics in the game are just .png files. Whatever details is on the file is what it has.

Now, I own in 3th Training Mission a 0 / 6 Sentinel Armageddon pattern.
The strength plate shows "0" and a yellow line (half of the plate).
Save game is available on request. But it does not help.
If I reload, the unit has 1 / 6

What is the reason for a red strength value on the plate? Supression? The unit has some turns the red strenght-number.

Oh, I see: if I load a game before the unit has 0 / 6 strenght it has 0 / 2 in the second line of the unit description (the line with the red heart)
