How did I lose this multiplayer match?

I am Catholic my opponent is Swedish.
Look at the final turn stats on the upper right.
I got the DEFEAT message afterwards.
Here are the casualty details.
So how can I lose? Or the defeat message is the replay of the Swedish player's message.

Sorry. I now know. My losses must NOT EXCEED 31%. I'm wondering what is the objective of the Swedish side? This is Lutzen.

It depends on whether the Catholic reinforcements have arrived yet. The % advantage they need to win at 40% drops as the Catholic reinforcements arrive. If they inflict 60% on the Catholics they win. If the Catholics infolict 60% on them they lose the battle but win the scenario if the Catholics have lost more than a certain % - which depends on whether the reinforcements have arrived (this starts off at 54% but then drops to 38% - not sure if that is after the first or the second lot of reinforcements).
These adjusted victory conditions are used in MP scenarios to balance the scenario without altering the historical balance of forces.
