Seeing modds in a multiplayer game

Hi
I have my modded Early Spanish light cavalry unit and the modded early Spanish unit icon flag installed in my edition of Pike & Shot and while I see them in single player historical scenarios in the game they don't show up in the multiplayer skirmish game I am playing with an early Italian Wars period Spanish force against a French army from the same period. Do the mods need to go in a second location for me to see them in my game. I guess my opponent would not be able to see them unless he had placed the files on in the same directories in his copy of the game.

Many thanks
Ian

Yes, the MP italian wars and ECW folders need their own duplicates of the unit textures.
The MP TYW campaign does not need duplicate textures because it uses the core TYW textures.

However wile I have managed to find the unit textures in the multiplayer folder there is no UI/Textures subfolder there for the "unit icons". (i.e. the flags that float above the units) Could you give me a bit more of a steer on where these would be please?

Many thanks
ian

There is no such folder there because by default the campagns use the UnitIcons in PikeandShot\Data\UI\Textures

However, if you add different versions of the files to your custom campaign they will override those. However the tree is sometimes slightly different in a Campaign

See the folder tree diagram at the end of this document

It is important that you follow this.

So it appear s that you would need to put and changed uniticons in

\My Documents\My Games\PikeandShot\Multiplayer\Nameofmycampaign\Data\UI\Textures

Obviously you need to create this folder as it does not currently exist
