Issue That Seems To Occur At Random

Several times, when playing Pike and Shot, the screen flashed briefly and then the turn ended without my hitting the End Turn button. Has anyone else had this issue?

The turn will also end if you hit the Return key. Other than that, I have no idea why this might occur.

OK. If/when it happens again I will be sure to note what I am doing at the time and provide more information if applicable.
