Multiplayer suggestions

Hi -- love the game! I had some thoughts that might facilitate multiplayer games.
First, when setting up a new challenge, how about allowing a player to indicate his time zone? Play can be seriously inhibited if players have non-complimentary time zones.
Second, likewise when setting up a challenge, how about allowing a player to post his relative skill level, maybe on a five-point scale? Obviously this is subjective, but I expect novice players would want to avoid highly-skilled players, and vice versa. A walkover is no fun for either side.
Finally, is there any plan to resume a "rating" or win/loss tally?
Thanks for listening.
