Get the following Error. . . . . . .

Hi I have just installed the 0.8.4 patch and the game generates the following error,"CRC Error - Please Re-install The Game".I deleted theprevious version and its folder but after re-running the patch the same error message was generated please help.Thank you in advance and apologies for the frustration but I really want to play this superb game.
