[Bug] R&D Rocket Never End

I put my staff to develop Titan-IIIE-Centaur Booster .Now it reliability is 95.4% from Max R&D(95.8%).But it say "project improvement 0.0%" .And my staff still research it!

Thanks piggysan. I've tested on this end and, in the rocket programs management screen, I get a projected improvement of 0.7% for the Titan III-E Centaur. Is this the right savefile?
