So I installed a newer version of BASPM Via a download (Not the game updater) and when i try to run the Exe file my computer says it cannot run the app

(Note 1. I am using a windows 8.1 computer 2. i noticed it said that it was 0 KB big) No idea what the problem is...

Just to be on the same page, did the installer work? Did it overwrite the files in your current installation directory? This 0 KB file you mention, is that SPM-Windows.exe?
