Does anyone remember the keystroke that pauses the launcher/updater window so that you can change the game type (release/beta)?

Mine checks for the update then launches so fast. I could have sworn there was a way to prevent the game from launching right away by pressing a certain key. I just searched through all the patch notes (ctrl+f on keywords) but only found info on how to skip the update... which is not the same thing.

Edit: I searched through the forums too and couldn't find it; even though I remembered a thread about this a LONG time ago... couldn't find it.

Edit: I don't have the Steam version. I don't know how the Steam version launches so I don't know if it even matters.

You can use the pandora_updater.exe in your game folder and then binaries.

Hitting escape to prevent the game from starting sounds like a good idea.

Thanks, but this isn't working for me. I have the latest version and it's installed on Windows 8... I don't know if that helps or not.

Haha. sorry. I thought StephiRok was simply mentioning the esc button feature in a sarcastic way. I see now.
