Hello All:

Started first PBEM and I couldn't deploy troops in houses nor could I deploy any unit in High Vegetation. Just stuff in open ground was possible. Frustrating. What am I missing?

The manual is hopeless.

You can only deploy to squares that can be seen - they are probably not visible as part of the deployment setup.

Thanks Pip but the squares I was trying were inside a light-colored area and I could deploy to open ground hexes there. But in the middle of what I assume is my setup area the High Vegetation looked darker? Could it be a discontinuous setup area - it's all in one corner.

Map = Bagration Village Fight and I am the Jerries.

Correct - if the tile is darkened (in FOW) you cannot deploy to it.
