I have published updated GS 3.1 manuals to the manual website at:

All the older versions of the manuals are also available there. Let me know if any issues downloading. For ant edits/adds/deletes for the manual - please let me know.

Especially the Strategies section. Some of the sections can be delayed and new ones added. Please - I need content - not ideas for new strategies. That is, do not tell me to write up a strategy to do "X" because I really, Really, REALLY am not a good enough. If you can write something up in any format -- I can add it to the manual!!

Alas the correction the the Build Limits chart that was added didn't make it into the new version (1942 should read 9, not 7).

Thanks for catching this. I missed the memo in v3.0 about that the build limits are not a fixed number now. Doh!

I will be updating the chart to send to Alec tonight or tomorrow. Basically this is how it goes

Base build number per year
1939 - 1
1940 - 2
1941 - 3
1942 - 4
1943 - 5
1944 - 6
1945 - 8

Build limit is calculated as Build Limit = Year base + ( Industry research level + ( Integer ( 2 times Organizational Research level ) / 3 ))

So depending how the countries Industry level and Organizational levels are can affect your build limits above the year base number.
