Nashira terrain lowering bug

If you create a city that does not border any water tiles, naval ships aren't in your production list options, regardless if you have workshop designs for them, but in Eclipse of Nashira terrain can now be lowered around a city so that water is created, yet you're still not able to build naval ships at this city. Even more to this point, after terraforming water, if you raze the city and rebuild with a new colonizer at the same tile, (the tile with water created adjacent to it) even if completely surrounded by ocean, you still can't build ships at that city. What gives? It seems ship building is tied to the original terrain seed during map generation and does not update with in game user modification. For me the most exciting feature of the expansion was the ability to modify terrain even further, to create interesting tactical shapes of landmasses in a sandbox like environment. Development team members, please implement a fix for this for both me and the community.

Also, the "clear fungus" button is not working for under water fungus when using a former capable of working water tiles. It's possible to clear fungus but you have to build an improvement on top of it. It would also be nice if it were possible to grow fungus in water tiles. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but it should be noted that forts cannot be built on a water tile, while all other terrain improvements can.

This sounds like something that was simply overlooked.

The fungus issue was already communicated during Friday's live event and should be fixed soon.
