Does this game included creating your own armies like FoG or will it include
them in a later expansion or update ?

It uses army lists for random map games, but uses a different method of army selection than the FOGPC DAG.
You get to choose your army composition in the initial stages of random map games from a panel with minima and maxima of each unit type. (Or you can choose to let the army be selected for you from the army list by the AI - in which case you get slightly more points in games against the AI).
The army lists allow approximately the same amount of flexibility as in FOG, but the unit minima and maxima are automatically adjusted according to the size of the battle.
In MP random map games, the challenger can either set the game to allow both players to choose their own army composition from the list, or to both use AI selected army compositions.
So, depending on which option is selected, the options allow:
a) the fun of trying to optimise your army.
b) the fun of trying to do the best you can with whatever forces happen to be available to you.
